Celebrating holidays with my little family is one of my favorite things to do as a parent! But Christmas and especially Easter are very special in our home. Every year, I try to find good ways to make Easter about Jesus Christ - not just about stuff.
The problem is that my pinterest-self and my actual-self don't always see eye to eye... I have these huge elaborate plans about how to make it special and we are usually lucky if we actually get around to coloring eggs! To simplify, I got these Resurrection Eggs and we love them!
There are 12 eggs that tell the story of Jesus Christ atoning for our sins and the beautiful truth that He rose the the grave. All 12 eggs have something symbolic from the story, as well as a little booklet that cites scriptures and tells the story. This is perfect for me because I am all about simplifying where I can. So, here you go.
